How to Measure Yourself

Chest - Using a soft tape measure or a piece of string, placing your hands by your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest keeping the tape measure parallel to the floor.

Waist - Without breathing in and keeping the tape measure flat against your skin and parallel to the floor, measure around the smallest part of your waist.

Hips - With your feet, shoulder width apart, and keeping the tape parallel to the floor measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Skirt Length - Holding the tape measure at your natural waist, where the top of the skirts waistband will sit, allow the tape to hang naturally down the front of your leg.

Body Length - With assistance, place the tape at the nape of your neck and measure down your spine.

Sleeve Length - Place the tape measure at the edge of your shoulder and measure along the top length of your arm to where you want your sleeve to finish.
