How long will my order take to arrive?

I aim to cut, sew and post all made to order items within 2-3 weeks. For UK orders, parcels should arrive within 1-3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please note international orders can take 2-4 weeks.

Where is my order made?

All items are made by myself in my home studio or by one of my local seamstresses. You can find out exactly who made your item by checking the back of the swing tag attached to your garment.

Can I alter the length or fit of an item?

Most garments have a standard petite, regular or tall option available. This alters the entire fit of the garment rather than solely the sleeve or body length. If you'd like a specific length or alteration, please leave a note at the checkout or drop me an email.

What should I do if I don't fit the standard measurements?

All items are made to order and can therefore be made to your exact measurements. If you need a custom size, send me an email and we can discuss your requirements.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, if it does not let you input your address at checkout, please send me a message and I will find a suitable shipping option.

Can I return an item?

If your order isn't quite right or doesn't look how you thought, please email me to arrange a return, exchange or alteration within 2 weeks of receiving your item.

Refunds will be processed on receipt of your item, please note it may take 7 days for monies to appear in your account. This is controlled by the payment processor and is out of my control.
